Unfortunately we are not satisfied with your products. My husband called ur service center about month and a half that he wants to order fat burner and belly detox because he wants to lose fats from belly area and we are struggling with time. The employee advised him to take ok cholesterol, bio detox and bio liver cleanse. She told him that he will lose bis 5 kilo per month and we will notice the difference if he is also having healthy lifestyle and he is doing sport. Unfortunately, in 1.5 months he lost only 3 kilos. And this can be done without your product. I think you only want to sell your products without taking into consideration the result that the customer wants. The most annoying is that she told him not to buy belly detox and ok fat burn and now we lost time without losing weight. We ended up paying €89 for minimal result that could be attained even without your products. And I read that bio detox and bio liver cleans only clean the body, they don’t have so much effect on weight loss as the the burner. We lost time and money. Maybe if he didnot take with ur advise things get better. We are very disappointed.

Én most rendeltem 1+1 terméket, 11900ft+ szállítási költségért! Rendelés visszaigazolásban már 36000ft körüli volt a rendelés összege, írtam nekik azonnal, hogy jelenleg nem ál módomban ekkora összeget kifizetni, meg ugye had döntésem már én el, hogy mennyit tudok költeni egy adott termékre! Azt a választ kaptam, hogy nem áll módjukban módosítani a megrendelésem! Hát nekem meg nem áll módomban átvenni az ő általuk megszabott mennyiségű árut!

Május 6.-án küldtem vissza egy csomagot amit a barátnőm rendelt. Ma június 24.-e van és még mindíg nem utalták vissza a termék árát! Addig üldözöm öket amég a pénzt vissza nem küldik!

Purtroppo è un'azienda veramente poco seria: ho effettuato un acquisto ed esercitato il diritto di poter cambiare l'articolo nel giro di poche ore e hanno risposto che non era possibile cambiare prodotto una volta ordinato e pagato!!!! Va contro la legge che tutela il consumatore e lo trovo veramente poco professionale..... non effettuerò più alcuno acquisto presso questa ditta!!!!!

Gospe, ki telefonsko nagovarjajo k nakupu so vse osladne, ne prideš niti do besede. Obljubljajo darilce....ravno hvalila se je kako bom dobila dve lepi šalčki, za dodatnih 10 eur pa še dodatni dve. No hvala bogu, da nisem doplačala, ker ni bilo nobene. Drugič bolje, da me ne pokličejo, ker bo imela gospa pokvarjen dan. Še vedno velja pravilo-videno kupljeno.
