I have purchased a Technogym Vario Excite 700 eliptical from these guys and I can only write positive things. Sure after reading some of the bad reviews I was a bit nervous about the prepayment, but everything went smoothly they shipped as agreed (they use Schenker Logistics for international shipments). The machine, for which by the way I paid about 15% of what a new one would cost, works perfectly.

Sono un titolare di palestra, ho conosciuto Olimpus shop tramite internet, in più occasioni ho acquistato attrezzature da inserire nel mio centro fitness senza conoscerli andando in fiducia, non mi hanno mai deluso, in questi giorni ho acquistato delle macchine isogoniche e vari strumenti professionali, ho voluto recarmi personalmente per il ritiro nell’occasione ho conosciuto il titolare e personale dell’azienda. Ed anche questa volta ho potuto portarmi a casa attrezzature professionali a d’un costo conveniente e di alta qualità, potete andar tranquillo, grazie !

they are just crooks. they cheated and made fun of my son. a year ago they sold him a treadmill that was already out of order and always refused to pay it back. they said it wasn't their problem and they didn't care. we also turned to the European consumer protection system which proved us right but these Olimpus Shop scammers said that if we wanted to move forward we had to go through an international trial because they didn't care about compensating the damage. they are rogues. NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!

Huge, big SCAMMERS !! They're nothing more than SCAMMERS!! The last 30rd of June 2020 I bought one used treadmill, AIR MACHINE C50, and before the purchase I asked to Tomaz, one of the owner of the Olimpus-shop, something about the condition of the machine. He confirmed me that the product was totally refurbished and pretty good condition. AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS THE TREADMILL SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING HANGING OVER. Totally shocked I immediately tried to contact Olimpus-shop BUT NOBODY ANSWERED. Only after 3 MONTHS ( ridiculous ) and 10 emails by me, Tomaz replied that it's not his problem and he doesn't care about me. I still preserve the messages because I think I'll ask to my lawyer to help me. NEVER BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. NEVER!!

Takole, mislim da je po tolkih letih čas, da tudi jaz napišem nekakšno mnenje o olimpusu. Vse kar sem do sedaj naročil, sem naročil preko Tomaža (kletka, uteži,palice, lat pulldown, leg press, klop,itd). Ocena ni samo 5 ampak je lahko 6!!... Do sedaj vedno hitro odgovorili, vse kar sem potreboval uredili, do sedaj niti enkrat ni bilo nobenega problema pri kakšnem naročilu. Lahko rečem da so z razlogom vodilna fitnes trgovina v Sloveniji!
