Neznanje, neznanje i neznanje! Kako je ovim ljudima dozvoljeno da rade ovde? Oni misle da su policajci, a ne obični službenici koji vode opšti upravni postupak. Nijedan zakon nisu pročitali, daju pogrešne informacije, prekoračuju rokove koje pritom i ne znaju da izračunaju, ne znaju osnovne stvari za koje primaju platu. Prosto ne mogu da verujem da ovako nešto postoji u EU u 21.veku. Kao pravnik sam sablažnjena. Mislim da o radu Enote treba obavestiti evropske organe i strane zvaničke.

This is the name of complete disaster, This place called department for foreigners but the people who work there against foreigners, from bottom to the top. BIZZARE !!!!

Don't call this department's number you'll wait for 2h for nothing. You have to call the Department for Administrative Internal Affairs (Sektor za upravne notranje zadeve). If they don't speak english, call back until they do. I called the phone number from the Internal Affairs Department 3 times before getting any answer. When i finally got someone they did not speak english so they gave me the phone number for this department on which I waited 2h01min to move up from 9th to 1st in the waiting list and then it just hung up. The same thing happened to many other people apparently. After calling back on the 1st number, I finally had someone who spoke english and gave me an appointment for getting an EMŠO. I got an appointment for 1 month and 8 days later. And everything I need to do requires having an EMŠO. But at least i got an appointment.

Klices 100 krat vedno je zasedeno, koncno dobis in cakas skoraj 2 ure da se ti nekdo javi vprasas nekaj pa se dela da nic ne ve, na koncu ti se odlozijo slusalko ali te veze k drugemu svetovalcu ki pa je vedno prav tako zaseden.. zelo neprofesionalni in nesramni!
