I have contemplated writing this but here it goes - I was drawn in by nice branding and fair prices. I have gotten a lash lift and shape art. While the ladies strive to do a solid service, they do not speak English. I certainly did not expect Slovene language but some basic English would be helpful :( The service was fine but the language barrier is the reason I will not return.

Отвратительное качество работы! Делала в салоне маникюр и педикюр: по факту получила результат, который потянет максимум на 10 евро) Мастера — самоучки по тик-токам, открыто об этом говорят. Кутикула вся изрезана, форма кривая, фрэнч нарисован будто в пьяном угаре, ногти асе в буграх, разной длины, отслойки пошли на 4 день. Педикюр затекший, чистота работы кошмарная. В салоне только 2 норм мастера, Алессандра и Анастасия. Остальные — на ваш страх и риск, которые будут 100% обеспечены:)

Really happy with my gel toenails! Very reasonably priced (€27 for old gel nail removal and new application). Had a good range of colours. Lovely little studio across from the river!

Ambijent je zelo prijeten in tudi postrežba lepa.A sem razočarana zaradi manikure, ker mi je oblikovala spilila in namazala ,kar hitro.Nege rok nisem bila deležna in tudi poskusili nisve laka .Račun pa ni bil jasen ker ga nisem prijela. Ker je kolegica bila dan prej in je manikura gledanje isto Oz.ceneje računano.

It’s a beautiful spot right in the heart of downtown Ljubljana. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The products they use are of high quality. Good service, comfortable atmosphere, lovely interior, and music. After I left the salon, I felt fantastic, as I was exceptionally well treated. Most importantly, I received excellent service—my perfect manicure with Gelish lasted almost 5 weeks on my nails. Besides excellent manicures, they also offer highly efficient treatments for the body and face, such as Shape Art and HydraFacial. After their cavitation treatment, my extra centimeters melted away and disappeared! 🔥🥳 Thank you, team Bloom Lab!

Co było dobre: Pani się bardzo starała, widziała swoje błędy, nie próbowała mi wmówić, że nie mam racji gdy zauważyłam nierówności Dostałam też 20% zniżki Co było słabe: zraniła mnie do krwi, raz mocno, dwa razy delikatnie Całość trwała 2 h 45 min bo Pani poprawiała swoje błędy, to generalnie cenię, ale nie powinno ich tyle być. Kilka razy trzeba było poprawić bazę Gdyby nie to, że jej powiedziałam poprzednia hybryda by się odcinała od nowej (byłoby widać gdzie była) Mimo wszystko dziękuję za to, że poświęciła mi Pani tyle czasu

Была в салоне осенью 22, когда только открылись. Маникюр был с подтеками и неровностями, обработка неаккуратная. Я не знаю имя мастера, но по ее словам, на мою запись она вышла на замену (фото спустя неделю)

I have been debating whether to write this review, however since having a pedicure at this salon my big toes have become very red and inflamed and have decided it best to advise other customers of the potential risk. I had a pedicure on 4/08, the beautician pushed so far into my cuticles that the skin has been lifted from my nails and was painful during the experience, it made my big toes bleed, she then proceeded to use scissors to cut at my cuticles and therefore I bled more. I left thinking my toes would be okay but I will now need to attend a podiatrist to ensure I don’t have an infection due to open wounds that are leading to redness and inflammation. I do not recommend a pedicure at this salon and have never experienced a pedicure like this anywhere else.
