Razočarana. Pridem na dogovorjeni termin, kozmetičarka zamuja, po prošnji da jo kdo pokliče, punca pove bo končala čez par minut. Potem mi druga punca pove da je termin rezerviran pol ure čez moj?? Odhajam iz salona in niti opravičila takrat niti potem nisem dobila. Vožnja in čas zastonj. Žalostno

It was a terrible experience! Before my wedding, I called and visited the salon to explain that I had several colors in my hair and wanted to achieve color balance. I asked if they could do it, and the stylist assured me it was possible, suggesting highlights as well. When I inquired about the cost, she quoted 160 euros for hair dye, highlights, toner, and a haircut, mentioning that a short haircut would be free of charge. On the scheduled day, I went in, and the stylist started with highlights and then applied the toner. However, although I am blonde, the deeper layers of my hair remained black. She didn’t even dye those parts. When I pointed out the issue, they got angry. At my insistence, she dyed the deeper layers but ended up burning my hair. In the end, they charged me 210 euros, citing the additional work on the deeper layers, even though they hadn’t done a complete hair dye as initially discussed. Additionally, they charged me for the haircut, claiming it was because I wasn’t a regular customer. I went in with ten colors in my hair and left with twenty. The owner, I guess her name is Melissa, seemed more interested in frauding customers ( especially the foreign ones) than providing good service. I paid the bill, but the experience was disrespectful and unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don’t want to fall victim to their fraudulent practices! See the pictures and be aware of them!

Po 1. obisku sem šla iz salona pomankljivo pobarvana-s prameni in nepobarvanim narastkom, ki je bil predmet obiska. Ostala sem brez fenanja in jasno zeljene frizure, saj se je salon zapiral...Ko sem se pritozila, sem slišala vse (kako so nivojski salon...samo ne, da bodo popravili oz. vpištevali kar sem plačala-fen frizuro). Ker se mi ni ljubilo razpravljati sem odnehala. Ponovno sem se naročila na storitev pri isti frizerki v upanju, da popravi napako.Dobila sem še huje (pramena-ok in črn narastek na blond osnovo). Vprašala sem ali lahko navije las na krtačo, vendar na koncu ni znala in sem po vsaj 20.min cukanju ponovno šla brez frizure...zal odsvetujem salon...

Came for a men's haircut, very professional. Took about 30 minutes. Made an appointment a couple weeks in advance as it can be quite busy on weekends. Friendly service. English spoken. Highly recommend.
