The owner is absolutely the most self-absorbed, lofty and arrogant person I have ever met in my life. Everything is about HER and HER salon, not the customers. She cannot meet the customers needs but is only capable of inforcing her own view. Not to mention that she was once browsing on the telefone while performing the mesotherapy. My skin condition, however, improved somewhat but definitely not worth their price and the terrible attitude. Feeling sorry for each and every customer of this salon.

Team of young and well educated beauticians working there is very professional, oriented strongly to customer satisfaction and skin care progress. Owner/manager Natasa is a special profile in the world of cosmetics - I did skin diagnostic for the first time in London 3-4Y ago, but the ‘same’ service can not be compared here from the point of quality, information that I have received and finally the price. Dermadiagnostic with Natasa was above all the expectations - I’ve heard so much new information about measurement parameters and my results, about skin care and different daily rituals .. Thank you Natasa, thank you girls 🙏 as Tina Turner is singing.. You’re simply the best🤩

One of the few places I have came across with a very personalized approach, tailored to the skin state and current problematics. The atmosphere, the design of the salon, all the details extremely well thought through. I highly recommend, because not only that there is a result of following the advice after the treatments (which is extensive and given in a very professional mode), suggested home skincare, but also the full package of how you feel when you enter this miracle of a place.

I went for the dermadiagnostic to level-up my skincare but felt so bad after being treated by an arogant owner who also performs diagnostic. For all the products I was using she said that they are not ok just to sell their own pricier and at the end same products (with less effect). Would not recomend to anyone. The only positive thing was a nice and friendly girl who did my treatment after.

Zelo arogantno in vzviseno ( Natasa Godler ) obnasanje , vec govorjenja in “instagram marketinga” kot dejanskega efekta. Obcutek na dermadiagnostiki je kot da si prišel k nekomu, ki ti zeli prodati cimvec svojih uslug in produktov z nacinom da se pocutis slabo. Moja koza se ni niti malo popravila, v bistvu še poslabšala. Cene so izredno visoke, za noben efekt. Cisti instagram nateg. Ne bi priporocila nobeni. Zapravila 700€ za nič v enem obisku… Bi se morali naučiti malo profesionalizma in tega da se mora stranka počutiti dobro, ne pa kot samo številka iz katere se mora izvleči čimveč denarja.
