Really good professional knife shop. When you want Japanese handmade knives and accessories you go to them. Staff there knows what they are talking about, they can recommend you to buy the right knife for your hand and needs. If you don't know, they tell you everything about the knife you have/bought there, how to take care of it, what not to do with it. Also they have special courses for teaching you how to sharpen knives, how to correctly cut with them loke professional, and more. Don't expect that the knives will be cheap. Their shop is in the upper floor, so you need to walk few steps. Don't worry, you will surely survive ;) The biggest problem that I see is the parking downstairs for the car.
