This company covered our worktops with quartz overlays in 2021, we went with them because we were told there was a manufacturers 10 year warranty. We contacted them to tell them that fine hairline cracks had appeared, and were spreading. They contacted the manufacturers who accused us of having caused them by impact. There are no signs of impact & we simply haven't hit them with anything, let alone anything hard. There are no chips to evidence them being hit, or mis treated. We provided photo's, no one even came out to look at them. They look like stress fractures to us, they were glued onto existing worktops and it is a very long piece of worktop. Please do not waste your money on this product, its not up to the job. The main crack in our worktop is in an area we use for clothes washing, with a washing machine underneath the worktop. A light usage area of the kitchen. We have another small hairline crack adjacent to a sink they installed, we were told that if the crack was on a corner we would be covered. This is not outlined in our contract at all. We are a retired couple, and we are speaking to trading standards and a solicitor now regarding the response from this company due to the sheer cost of this product. I have posted photographs in good daylight so you can see exactly what we are talking about and where these cracks have appeared. We do plan to approach the manufacturers ourselves and speak directly to them about their insinuation that we caused this damage. There are a number of similar reports on the internet, so it appears we are not alone with this problem. What the company have offered so far is a quotation price to replace the hairline cracked worktops, we are expected to pay again. We paid over £10,000 for the worktops, an island carcass & a few tall cupboards.

An excellent company, delighted with my kitchen transformation. Everything happened as I was told it would. Initial advice superb, workmanship spot on, filter worked so hard and cleaned up everywhere when job completed. Highly recommend.
