Zelo slabo urejeno. Mail sistem nimajo urejen (mail naslov ne obstaja), urnik piše od pon-sob, vendar v soboto NE delajo, na njihove napake se ne odzivajo, 2 paketa sta pri njihovi dostavi 3-tje osebe izginila (sklepamo da gre za krajo paketov, glede na to da niso hoteli zaupati sledilne številke 3-tje osebe)

Bad and very expensive customer service. Extremely disappointed! Forgot an item in Slovenia, requested someone to drop the item on my behalf at the DHL collection point (44€ charged to send an item smaller than 5x5cm, 200g) and afterwards I received a notification asking me to pay 55£ plus, on top of it. Immediately called customer service which promptly picked up the call and said was passing my complaint to the right department. So far I haven’t heard from them, neither a confirmation email with above. This pm decided to call the same contact and keeps hanging up for unknown reason. Tried WhatsApp option and not available. How do expect me to contact you?!

went there.. coz DHL site said I can receive and send packages. When there ..I was informed I can only receive. Not send. 30min I will never get back.
