Got a rudely written claim about not paying a receipt I never received in the first place. Their service rep was about as rude as possible on the job as I inquired about it. Honestly, I'd pay extra in shipping costs just so my package never has to go anywhere near FedEx and that I never have to be subjected to their passive-aggressive outbursts again. EDIT: I got ANOTHER claim, this one outright threatening me with legal action if I don't pay them the 12€. Which I already did pay a good month ago. This is beyond ridiculous.

Sent me 10x receipts for customs in spite of paying the original bill and providing proof of payment. Cannot contact them in any way possible, so no chance of clearing this mess up. Now threatening with a lawsuit. This company is the worst experience ever. KEEP AWAY!

My experience with this company: FedEx: We have a package for you. Please pay "X" amount. Me: Ok. FedEx: And send proof of payment. Me: Ok. FedEx: Thanks, here's your package! Me: Thanks. (...Months go by...) FedEx: IT'S NOT "X" IT'S ACTUALLY "Y", WE'RE GOING TO SUE YOU !!! SEE YOU IN COURT NEXT WEEK !!! Me: ??? This company is the absolute worst. Awful, awful.

Kot že omenjeno spodaj. Katastrofa! Pošiljka prišla iz KITAJSKE v SLOVENIJO v 2 dneh! Potem pa se je zataknilo na carini. Ne odzivajo se, ne dvogujejo telefonov, noben me sploh še ni kontaktiral kaj se dogaja s 600€ vredno pošiljko sramota! Zaprite podjetje! 0 zvezdic od 5! z 1 zvezdico se vam dviguje povprečje!
