Fantastic experience! Worked with Kat to design a custom engagement ring. I told her everything I was looking for and we built a model of the ring on the spot using their design software. I had no prior experience with jewellery of any kind but Kat was extremely helpful and honest which made the process easy. She even sent me home with pictures of the ring we designed so I could think about it more before purchasing. Reasonable pricing as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Such an amazing experience. We brought in a lot of pieces we wanted updated and Marlow was so patient and creative. When the pieces were done they were absolutely stunning. Marlow is very knowledgeable and understands the sentiment behind the jewelry and brings to life the vision customers have. Super friendly, great quality and fairly priced. Marlow and his team are the best of the best! They took my grandmother old rings which are approximately 80 years old, and brought them from the 1940 to 2024! All while utilizing 100% of her rings to make my fiancée a ring that was not only stunning but also meaningful. They were very quick considering the process, got it done by the timeline I needed to make my proposal as special as I’d hoped. They also didn’t break my bank account either which was a plus lol. They were start to finish great, and I will be using them when it’s time for our big day to put the next ring on my wife’s hand.

Absolutely amazing!! Quality service from the beginning! Was able to get Great grandmas ring transformed into something perfectly styled as I chose. Went through a process of designing and creating the ring together, and even after getting so close to what I wanted in person, Kat went above and beyond and made it look the exact way that I imagined it in my head. The ring was done being made on the exact day they said it would be, and they even resized it once for free! I couldn’t be happier that I chose Marlow Design. Friendly and personable service, quality work on the ring itself, and they even took photos of before and after for me. I live 1.5 hours away from the location and I drove there each time willingly because of truly how amazing they are. Truly truly amazing, 5 stars isn’t enough.

Incredible experience. My grandma gifted me my late grandpa’s engagement band (first photo, far right) as a gift to celebrate my recent engagement. It was 4 sizes too big for the finger I hoped to wear it, and it also had a delicate engraving inside that I wanted to protect. We took it to Marlow Design to talk about options for resizing while maintaining the integrity of the ring. They patiently walked me through the process, and the ring was delivered (to perfection) 3 weeks earlier than expected. I feel so grateful, and I’m so happy to honour my grandparents this way.
