I needed a refill on my pills with belgian perscription and since we use e-perscriptions printed out version looks like shopping receipt. I needed a solid 15min to conivince this older lady that this is perscription and if she can give me my contraceptives… She was very loud about my pills in a small crowded space and complaining about design like it was my choice it looks that way. Felt emberessed and ashemed when I needed a new dose while staying for a longer stay over Christmas with my parents here in Slovenia. (Had to do same last year in another pharmacy where there was no problem at all)

The wonderfully friendly pharmacist prescribed me some decongestant spray and ibuprofen which quickly cured me and meant that I could enjoy my day in Ljubljana.
