I booked Marko the night before I left the UK and within a few hours had a response that my transfer was booked. My flight was delayed by an hour and I simply sent him an email from the airport, when I arrived he was there waiting. Also because he didn't have a private transfer available he refunded some of the cost. Marko was a great start to my holiday, he told me where to eat and not to and some general points on the city, but mostly he was funny, interesting and very helpful! Thanks Marko! I couldn't recommend you highly enough!

coming from the airport one has to wait for 30-40 mins for the van to depart despite booking it and paying upfront. The van leaves when there are enough people In it, which defies the purpose of booking and makes the trip time highly unpredictable.
