SCAM!! I am a sales representative and I trusted in the company however I have a current issue where a package is being constantly rescheduled and never picked up! I am trying to get my money back because I had to pay a fine to the client of 600€ for not delivering as in the contract and I do not get any answer more than if I want to reschedule, bare in mind that your company reschedule by itself more than 5 times, and I keep getting the same answer by Iris v, I need a solution because not only it caused my a problem in the company I work, we lost money and now we have to find and pay a last minute serious company that will deliver the package

Don’t waste your money or time or energy on this company. One package was delivered late the second disappeared. The packaging requirements change of the item is lost, as a way to insure the claims will never pay. My fault for thinking “how bad could the bad reviews be?” And lost irreplaceable items even though I insured the package.

I will never send anything with Eurosender again, and that is my recommendation to others as well. The first time they lost a package that I barely managed to find because it was initially delivered to the wrong address. I gave them another chance, but this time they falsely calculated the weight of the package and charged an additional €80, which they took from my account, without authorization, while the process was in the appeal phase, which I consider theft. Never do any business with this company again.
