Despite several requests Eurosender can't even give me a correct tracking number or a solution and several replies from their support shows they don't even check properly themselves for correct info. Seriously bad support.

My expirience is not so bad as I was reading. But in anyway. I was sending two suitcases in carton boxes, i got it. In a month some Dimitriakis who is owner told me that I have to pay 56 eu more because one of the suitcases was over 30 kg what was inpossible. And than I had to blocj messages. I do not ave problems. But try not to use their service. Better to pay more to someone who will vring it till door

Horrivel horrivel! Nunca use! Tenho todos meus pertences perdidos e nao entregues há 2 meses! Ninguem ajuda, responde, ninguem se preocupa, eles não possuem nenhuma comunicação com as empresas terceiras. Traumatizante! Pedi o serviço para me ajudar e esta me dando dor de cabeça ate hoje, já são 2 meses! Eu não consigo acreditar como uma empresa pode ser tao ruim.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst courier service on the continent, they lost our box after first lying about its whereabouts, offered no help in finding it, and refused to refund us the delivery of a box which was never delievered. They are liars, cheaters, and thieves of the worst kind with zero empathy to their clients and zero sense of responsibility.

My parcel got lost and the bureaucracy to get the refund is just a nightmare. Do not use eurosender - use direct transporters. My parcel was lost, admited by eurosender and they are demanding a bunch of paper work for the refund. My order was 004257-23.

Worst currier company ever!!!! Package came damaged. We paid insurance but still don’t have a new table and money. We were forded to pay another 100€ to start the claim process. Don’t use Eurosender ever. They don’t take any responsibility for their work.

I placed my first pallet shipment order with EUSENDER this week. The truck didn't come as scheduled. I am really surprised that EUROSENDER didn't send any update about the Pickup. No notification on about late pickup, no email for when will be next pickup. The worst is I cannot find any contact information for support in EUROSENDR website. The only help information I can found is asking customers to check with the courier. it seems this shipment has nothing to do with EUROSENDER...!!! Of course, I can cancel my order too. Terrible company ! STAY AWAY!!!
