It has been almost 3 weeks since I have ordered pick up service from Eurosender, after exchanging emails with the staff and calling the courier company as my package was never collected due to various reasons, as the address that worked perfectly well with other delivery company, but became incorrect for Eurosender, and filling a complaint I can say that they do not even try to solve the problems that arise and due to their terms and conditions everything is being blamed on the customer and you will never get a refund for the service you have paid for. What is even more outrageous is that when explaining the reasons why the service was not provided they have the audacity to say that one of the factors is customer being a foreigner in the country from which the package has to be picked up and claiming that due to customers inability to speak the local language the order is nearly impossible to be carried out. Furthermore, according to them picking up something from dormitory is also impossible, thus, in this case, finding people in a block of flats should be also impossible if that is the logic behind this.

I've decided to try out Eurosender as I received few promo mails from them. I ordered a pick up during Friday for Monday morning. Filling in required info was easy using their website but they required payment in advanced. I am reluctant to pay for service in advanced (as business) but I said ok nevertheless. As soon as I completed registration I received 6 mails (you registered, order received, order confirmed, review your experience, tracking). 1 more mail followed from their sales representative confirming everything as replay to my initial inquiry. Due to sheer volume of mails I haven't bothered to open them all. Delivery distance was 200km so I assumed my package should arrive next day (Tuesday) or Wednesday latest. On Wednesday afternoon I sent my first mail asking where is my package. I got response that phone number I gave them was incorrect. This came as surprise to me as I copy-pasted seller info during registration. Therefore I start reading those mails I received. Order confirmation had a phone number I gave them so I picked up my phone and called that number. Seller answered and I got confirmation that my package wasn't picked up. I replied to Eurosender number is correct. Once again they requested alternative number. I sent yet another mail saying number is correct and copy-pasted seller signature (with info). One of those emails was indeed request for alternative number but the number they had was correct, and they must called in non-working hours. Why didn't they tried again or try to contact me I do not know. They confirmed delivery pick up (with original phone number) or Thursday. At that point they requested documentation for ADR and additional payment. I requested ADR documentation from seller . Seller told me there is not need for ADR documentation as stated on shipping invoice they gave Eurosender's courier. Shipping invoice stated exact weight in kg, classification of ADR and disclaimer that this shipment falls under exemption due to low unit number (shipment was 75kg max ADR amount was 333kg). I replied to Eurosender with shipping invoice and said they do not require additional documentation and that everything was explained in it. They replied shipping invoice clearly contains ADR and they require additional documentation. Then I had to copy paste disclamer. Then they requested additional documentation with exact specification of number of bags. Then I replied shipping invoice has number of bags on it! Then they replied documentation is ok but they require additional 20€.I replied that they are 4 days late, unable to use phone or read, and asked are they kidding for asking additional fees. They replied that they are only 3 days late and will not release shipment until I haven't paid. Giving me no choice I paid additional cost and they said they will deliver my package. Friday no package, Monday no package, and it arrives on Tuesday. 200km in 8 days. 24 mails received, 9 sent. Package contain some crucial items for my production and I had to stop it on Friday. It was closed until Wednesday. All in all this was worst experience I ever had with any transport agency. It cost me a lot more than I bargained for. Now I'm off to post this review on as many sites as I can.

Horrid customer service, they never showed for the pickup, although I received a confirmation with the date and time. The driver also called to confirm the time and then he never showed up. I had a flight the day after, I called the customer service and they deal with you like rubbish, just advising to cancel the order and they don't care about your stuff. Don't buy from them, because if the driver doesn't show up they say it is not our responsibility and you have to chase the courier company. terrible terrible experience.

Never again! VERY BAD SERVICE! Shipped a piece of furniture with them. It was delivered broken. I only found out once i opened the box (obviously after the delivery person had left) I had booked insuranse, so I was hoping to get reimbursed. However, they refused!! Claiming the damage should have been claimed at the time of delivery. VERY UNFAIR AND UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!

Sent two suitcases, arrived almost a week late, contents smashed. No problem, I paid for insurance - didn't sign on delivery because they left them at the door. No problem, they forged a delivery note and signature. Now they won't reimburse me because everything was delivered fine (check the signature!) You can't put 0 stars, but this is a 0 star review.

Also der Service der Firma ist mit Vorsicht zu geniesen. Alle Angaben wurden nicht gehalten. Anstatt drei Tage Lieferzeit waren es 11 Tage Lieferzeit. Die Angaben des Kundenservices waren nichtssagend und unfreundlich. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen mit dieser Firma wa szu versneden. Viel zu teuer für den Service, den Sie bieten

Our Son went to Belgium. Before we sent 4 parcels from Portugal to Belgium. We have chosen the Eurosender for the shipment. We took care to prepare everything properly (2 suitcases and two large boxes, in total 80kg, very well packaged). We reviewed our data and the destination data to ensure that all data was correct. We made additional insurance because we felt we should mitigate the risk that something might be less good (which is possible, since this type of transport depends on many variables). We were informed that the order would be delivered within 4 days. It was collected on 3 September morning in the interior of Portugal and delivered on 7 September in the interior of Belgium in the early morning. 4 days!. The two boxes and the two suitcases delivered with no problems at all. Were we lucky? Probably. It went well and that was a great result for us. The transport partners were HCF (a portuguese company) and GLS. About the other reviews, my practice tells me that normally who is well served does not write reviews (in fact, we've good reviews here), who is poorly served writes. I believe and respect the reviews I read here, so I write mine. I also believe that each of us must play its part and contribute to improve the service. Thank you Eurosender services for the support and information that gave to us. Thank you me for the good work that we've done preparing everything, doing our job, so that everything went smoothly. Good price, good work.

Worst company ever. I tried to send the pack from Portugal to Ireland - the courier was scheduled forth times and every time due to "technical issues with the courier company" the pack was not picked up. After two months of struggling I gave up - the pack was not picked up, service not delivered and money not returned. Customer service replies from templates irrelevant things -on my complaint I got a reply that the order cannot be processed because the postal code is incorrect (but I did not order anything). Very unprofessional and definitely I do not recommend to anyone.

Obup! Niti pri tretjem naročilu prevoza palete ne gre NIČ gladko! Skoraj popolna neodzivnost, razen pri izstavi predračuna in računa. Vedno iste napake pri naročanju, obljubljajo dostavo v 5-8 dneh, danes je že 10. dan od naročila in ni sledu nin infoprmacije o naši paleti!

Nonprofessional! More than 2 times I expected a courier to come to the address but he didn't come! And each time his justification was that no one at the address knew me. He didn't call me once on the bell or on the cell phone to tell me he was at the address. Liars and robbers! They didn't even want to return my money for a service that was not done! Unacceptable!

The worst company ever. They've charged me for a delivery of a suitcase wich failed completely. Suitcase went missing already in the UK where it was picked up (and should be delivered to Slovenia). GLS who was the courier lost it/stole it in their facilities although it was tracked. It's more than a month now and there's no suitcase, I need to wait for insurance money of poor 200£ for another 30 days and they refuse to payback cash for the service wich was not done properly at all. Very disappointing.

Eurosender is the worst company ever! I sent 14 packages and 2 came damaged. I payed the most expensive insurance and Eurosender said that they won't refund me. This is unbelivable! I've neven seen this before! I'm used to move with other companies and NEVER had this issue before! They wanted me to keep the devliver man 2 days in my home waiting for me to check all the 14 boxes. LoL (I'm very angry)
