This person in charge of dealing with customers (now a junior) is very irresponsible, he doesn't speak his word, he says one thing, then does another without informing me first. He says "bring the car, we will work on it immediately on the agreed day, in the morning-morning, everything will be ready, the material in stock will arrive quickly". I bring it, I walk around in the rain for an hour and a half, I think they are already working a lot, and he informs me that he just looked at the car (a little out of boredom, as if he were at a trade fair), but before I was with them a couple of days ago in the service center (and to the master), I agreed something with the master, he already knew what needed to be done, he can also make additional arrangements with the boss (the younger one), who seems disinterested in me. (I am only writing about my personal experience). The foreman and the boss already knew several days ago what would have to be done and when exactly (the boss), the foreman also took the data from my transport so that he could prepare the parts for the car service and a couple of days later I came to have the car serviced, but they only they are looking at an already reviewed service. It turns out that they looked at a couple of things for an hour and a half, or at least an hour. Well, maybe it seems too funny to be true. I don't know what they did for an hour or an hour and a half, if they even know. Very rude, or sick, anyway, the boss lied (if it really is the boss, because for all my services he asks and decides, this young guy). He said that they would start work at eight, and an hour and a half later he said that he would order the part now and that it would come tomorrow, but a few days ago it was already for ordering and it was fine and the guy looks at me and doesn't explain anything to me, he just looks at me and says the same thing that the parts will arrive another day, there is no explanation why it is not as agreed. I think I would understand if something happened in the meantime, I don't know what it was, but if someone doesn't explain anything to you, without a reason, why you don't work and why you don't have parts if they should have been, if you don't have any words to say sorry, then you can only get one review, or even less if possible and a message that I will never come to service your vehicle again and I will not recommend you to anyone, I say the opposite, because such things really annoy me, but I don't know who wouldn't, if I drive a total of 30 km to the mechanic and back to work where I work from which direction I came. It turns out that I drove a little out of boredom, but the "boss" doesn't seem to be interested in that, probably just the money. This old man used to be more responsible with me, but this son of his is confused or what, I don't know, mostly I had to write this because it seems to me that today's young people are not aware of their responsibilities and they mostly care about job and promotion, and this also affects those of us who want to have order in our lives. That would be it from me.

V motor, ki po tovarniški specifikaciji potrebuje 3.3L olja, so mi na tem servisu ob menjavi računali 4.5L olja. Ko sem jih soočil s tem je mehanik priznal da je dejansko nalil 3.5L, razliko do 4.5L pa so pospravili v žep (cca 15EUR). Toliko o poštenosti avtomehanikov. Na koncu je bil račun enak, kot na uradnem servisu. Ta avtomehanik me ne bo več videl in ga ne priporočam.
