Very nice place with mexican food, it is run by what i asume are mexicans and they speak english, which can be complicated for older slovenians, but i feel it is authentic. They also carry Jirratos and other maxican drinks.

The place is fine, but the service was outstanding. Nourelein made all experience just perfect. When I will remember Ljubljana, I definitely will remember this experience! Thanks a lot!!!

All in all - Some of the best tacos we have had in Europe, although obviously not working with the same ingredients so it isn’t possible to have quite as good.

Such a great experience at this taco bar. After travelling around Italy for 5 weeks, we needed something other than pizza and pasta when we arrived in Ljubljana. We were thrilled to find this sweet little Mexican place. We are vegetarians and shared the 3 tacos on the menu that worked for us. They were absolutely amazing and arrived with excellent choices for sauces. The meat eaters looked every bit as happy as we were. They also brew their own beer which was very tasty. This will be our first restaurant stop when we return to the beautiful city of Ljubljana. Thank you, thank you for the warm welcome and excellent food. The co-owner and chef is an outstanding human!

Amazing, authentic food, great staff, have always left this place full and happy. Every single taco is a great choice, but you should definitely get the three taco combo and one of the fresh mixed drinks (the horchata is great) for the full experience. I return again and again and it's great every time.

Muito bom, e ótimo custo beneficio. Comi 3 tacos, fiquei satisfeito e saiu por apenas cerca de 12 euros. Todos vieram bem gostosos e recheados. Recomendo o de camarão, foi meu preferido.

My wife and I love this place. Excellent tacos that are reasonably priced but even better is the atmosphere. We love the large communal table and met nice and interesting people both times we went. In an age of rising distrust in our fellow humans (especially in the USA where we’re from), this was quite a refreshing dining experience.

Stopped here for tacos and margaritas on our first night in Ljubljana and were very impressed. Simple decor and great food. We recommend the cauliflower taco! The 3 taco combo was a good portion size.

Wonderful gluten free choices with allergens clearly marked on the menu. Choice of 3 tacos were generously filled with topping and there’s free sauces to top up too! Perfect place to stop by after a visit to the castle!

Great tacos, churros, and margaritas! Simple informal setting, some good hot sauces, definitely a place to visit. Favourite was the cauliflower taco.

Best taqueria in Europe by far! The ingredients are authentic and fresh. Everything is homemade or imported from Mexico. I am a churro connoisseur, and El Patron makes the best churros I have ever had in my life. Do not skip dessert when paying this taqueria a visit. Highly recommend!
