Some of the best and most authentic tasting tacos I have found in all of Europe! Great selection of sauces and the owner was fun to chat with. Can't recommend enough! Not that great of a photo, ha, but I was too excited to eat!!

I am Mexican and living abroad, I am always on the look out for an authentic Mexican restaurant. Believe it or not it's not that easy in Europe. This is one of the best ones I have found so far. Great job to the owner who is super nice!

Absolutely an must visit place in Lubjlana! This is an small hidden Mexican restaurant in city center of Lubjlana. The food is cheap and very very good. They offer a variety of different Mexican food and you can costumize them a little bit. The interior is quite small but also very cozy. It really gives you a feeling that you are in Mexico.

Authentic Mexican restaurant, owned by two guys from Mexico, so everything is legit and full of flavor. There are many types of tacos to choose from, including pork, fish and veggie. They also have some Mexican food stuffs to buy like salsa and beer. Smaller restaurant with room for only about 8 people inside and a couple outside.

Die besten Tacos die ich außerhalb Mexico gegessen habe! Authentische, frische Gerichte die liebevoll zubereitet werden. Miguel, der Besitzer und Koch von El Patron hat alle Speisen nach original mexikanischen Rezepten entwickelt und man merkt, dass in dem Laden seine Leidenschaft und sein Herz stecken. Auch die anderen Angestellten sind alle überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend, was dem kleinen Restaurant seinen ganz besonderen Charme gibt. Ich habe mich sofort in die Guacamole und die Veggie-Tacos verliebt, aber auch die Fisch-Tacos kann ich sehr empfehlen! Alle Speisen werden frisch und nach Bedarf hergestellt und alle Salsas sind hausgemacht und mit Liebe abgeschmeckt. Neben Speisen bietet Miguel selbst hergestellte Getränke an, wie sein selbst gebrautes Bier (Mexa) und verschiedene typisch mexikanische Erfrischungsgetränke wie Horchata (ein Getränk aus Kokosnuss), die ihr unbedingt probieren solltet. Außerdem kann man in den kleinen Store viele mexikanische Lebensmittel erwerben, wie beispielsweise feurig scharfe Soßen und hat somit gleich ein super Mitbringsel für zu Hause. Falls ihr also einige Tage in Ljublana sein solltet, plant auf jeden Fall einen Besuch bei El Patron Tacos & Store ein, ich bin mir sicher, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich schon darauf. :)
