Asked for a good steak, but we got something that was in inedible (ok one could eat it by chewing and chewing but it was way off from a nice steak). We bought 1 kilo and tried to stove the cooked steak with the rest, wich also did not turn out tender. In the end we threw everything in the bin. Now I must say that I found it to be very difficult to get a decent steak, rib eye of entrecote during our holidays in Slovenia and Croatia and even in Italy. It seems they keep the good stuff for their locals and restaurants.
