Oh dear lord! Best experience ever. This is one of those stories that you kinda wish it happened. So I got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 6 PM with two tired kids and flat tire. Called assistance and they put me through their contractor. He calls me right away, says he'll be there in 15min. 10 minutes later, he pulls over with wife, 3 year old boy and another one sleeping in car. Granted it was pure coincidence they had kids as old as mine. Naturally they hit it off right away. That way I was occupied with my little boy only, keeping him quiet as he was past bedtime and starting to get cranky. Meanwhile he already changed my flat tire with my spare one. Unfortunately it was narrow type, one that you can't drive more than 80km/h. So I asked him if it will be sufficient, since we were like 100 km from home. He said that my assistance covers only that, but if I want to we can drive to his workshop so he'll figure something out. We drove there, my girl and her new friend played together and in that time Martin found good enough tire and put it on my Zafira, free of charge! So I can drive home normally. Would rate 6 stars if I could.
