Clean, decent private rooms and commonareas. You will be charged unreasonable prices for additional services (washing (7,5 euros), luggage storage, breakfast, towels etc.) Slightly lack of charm, overall OK.

*BED BUGS * We stayed at c-punkt hostel in room 03 for 4 days and 3 nights. At the first night I saw some weird brown stains on the pillow but i didn’t pay much attention to it. On the third night we found bed bugs in two of the 4 beds in the room, which was supposed to be a twin room. Manager didn’t seem cooperative about it, implying that we might have been the one who brought the bugs along with us and that we should have warned about the stain at the first night. The manager didn’t bother to show up the next morning after been contacted by his employes. Telling us that its going to cost alot to clean, he told us to try to understand and only refound half of a night which is ridiculous for all the trouble we going to have with the checking our bags, cleaning and the sleepless night we spent there.

Very nice and clean hostel. Staff was friendly and they can keep your bag for the day for 1€! The kitchen was clean and well equiped. There are shared bathrooms but they are cleaned regurlarly! Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend! 👍

Pošto prvi put sam iznajmio sobu u Ljubljani, mogu reći da sam zadovoljan uslugom hostela. Higijena je bas na nivou .
