I enjoyed the modern art in the free section of the museum. They charged me €3.60 to see the upstairs collection, when I went up there the lights weren't even turned on, found it less interesting.

Great museum with lots of exhibits across it's locations. The staff were friendly and the places well kept. If you are in Kranj for the day the museum is well worth a visit.

Surprisingly a lot to see and a very well organised museum. Just remember to bring cash, as they don't accept payments with cards.

Sehr interessantes Museum, das relativ vorurteilsfrei die Jahrhunderte alte und sehr wechselvolle Geschichte von Krainburg und Krain als ganzem wiedergibt. Tolle Ausstellungsstücke, sehr günstiger Eintritt, freundlicher Staff!

Lepa stalna zbirka in zanimiva razstava o prisilno mobiliziranih vojakih. Tudi razstava o jugoslovanski odpravi na mt.Everest je super. Aery nice ehibition and an interesting one about Slovenians draftedto Wermacht during WW2. The photoshow about Yougoslav expedition and conquer of mt.Everest in 1979 is worth seeing as well.
