Very small, badly curated gallery. Very conservative and a bit dull for a modern art museum.

a museum for people that are really into art. it combined many art styles making it approachable to more people, however most of the artwork does not appeal to a normal persons intellect. it was really hard to enjoy it after a long day of visiting museums so you really need to be invested to understand everything that is going on

Niestety, to małe muzeum, gdzie większość sztuki jest słabiutka. Niektóre obrazy, według mnie, miały tak niski poziom, że nie powinny się znaleźć w żadnej galerii, były też i fajne, ale nic mnie nie zachwyciło. W środku znajduje się natomiast fajna kawiarnia

Questa galleria è una perla nel cuore di Lubiana. Costa poco e offre l'esposizione di opere slovene meravigliose, fino al periodo delle avanguardie del novecento. L'arte slovena è davvero incredibile, sono rimasto senza fiato dinanzi ad alcune opere. Ho pagato 2,50€ e si può combinare con un biglietto unico con il museo di arte contemporanea, che onestamente mi è piaciuto di meno. Si trova di fronte ad una bellissima chiesa ad ingresso gratuito e alle porte del Parco Tivoli. La visita al museo prevede dall'ora alle due ore. C'è da considerare che possono esserci anche esposizioni temporanee. C'è un'ala chiusa a causa di un'alluvione avvenuta nel 2021, altrimenti ci sarebbe ancora di più da vedere. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il guardaroba è comodo e gratuito. I bagni sono pulitissimi. Il museo ha anche un bar molto carino all'interno con un barista che ci ha fatto ascoltare un bel po' di bella musica.

Amazing gallery with a wide range of works in different mediums. Refreshingly interactive and a beautifully curated experience. Certainly better than the National gallery. Worth every penny. One of the best galleries I've visited. Has a nice cafe in the basement.
