Petra is a wonderful, kind, organised person and wedding planner and she enabled us to have the wedding day of our dreams. She explained everything to us throughout the process to ensure things went as seamlessly as possible which was both reassuring and comforting. The whole thing was tailored to our taste and requirements with minimal effort on our part and we had the most wonderful day. We had never considered getting married in Slovenia until our friend suggested we look at Lake Bled as a destination. After a quick Google search we came across Da Petra. We arranged to meet virtually and Petra immediately put us at ease and talked us through the venue options. I'm normally very indecisive but it immediately felt right to put our trust in Petra and book our wedding ceremony and reception at Bled Castle. Communicating with Petra was easy and effortless throughout and we never had to wait long for a response to our many questions. Two days before the wedding day we met Petra face-to-face in Bled for the first time to visit the registry office and run through final arrangements. We were reassured that Petra had everything in hand so we could focus on having a good time on holiday with our friends and families. The day itself was truly magical! We really wouldn't change a thing. The bridesmaids and others in the wedding party commented on how relaxed we were during the day and that was thanks to Petra, her great team, hairdresser, makeup artist and the Castle staff. Our guests loved the wedding day and I'm sure will be reminiscing about it for years to come. We are thrilled with the photos we have received so far from Ana which perfectly capture the amazing day. As well as helping with the wedding day itself Petra helped to organise an informal pre-wedding meal the night before so that our guests could meet and sent us tips for how to spend time after the wedding enjoying Slovenia. Petra went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. We would 100% recommend Petra to anyone considering getting married in Slovenia - like us you won't be disappointed! Unsere “rundum glücklich Hochzeit” gab es dank Petra! Wir haben uns auf vieles eingestellt, aber nicht darauf, dass wir einfach nur entspannt vor der Hochzeit sind. Wir haben uns nur gefreut und hatten keinen Stress. Das alles war dank Petra möglich, die uns den Rücken freigehalten hat und an alles gedacht hat. Wir haben ein Jahr lang mit ihr zusammengearbeitet, von der Locationsuche bis zum Hochzeitstag selbst, sie war immer für uns da. Wir konnten alle Fragen jederzeit mit ihr besprechen und das über alle Kanäle, ob persönlich vor Ort oder auch online, da wir in Deutschland leben. Ihre Erfahrung im Hochzeits-Business ist gold wert und sie plant mit einer Leichtigkeit, dass wir uns als Brautpaar wirklich fallen lassen konnten. Wir haben ihr von Anfang an vertraut und durch ihre natürliche Begeisterung und Freundlichkeit macht es einfach Spaß mit ihr zu planen und darum geht es bei der Hochzeit doch, einen wunderschönen und freudigen Tag zu haben. Auch schon im Vorfeld! Sie hat ein tolles Team, mit dem sie zusammenarbeitet, also Empfehlungen von Make up, über Blumen, Hotels, Essen, Trinken, alles war wirklich perfekt und professionell! Egal wo wir vor Ort waren, sobald wir sagten, dass Petra unsere Planerin ist kam immer ein: “Oh she is the best!” und ja, das ist Sie wirklich! Petra was absolutely amazing! We literally could not have done our wedding without her. We were at first hesitant and nervous to plan a wedding abroad, but she made it simple and precise to every minute detail. Not only did she make sure to take care of us but was always prompt about responding and relentless in following up on our requests from the vendors. Her selection of vendors made our day extremely special and exceeded every expectation we had. She was easy to work with and always made time for us when needed. Petra was an absolute gem! She is very professional, understanding, calm and helpful. She has first hand experience of working with all of the necessary suppliers in the Bled area, who to use and who not to use and made the whole process of arranging our wedding an absolute breeze. Our intimate wedding on September 15, 2023, at Lake Bled in Slovenia was nothing short of perfection, and we owe it all to Petra and her team of magicians. From our first contact a year before the big day, Petra guided us through every step with impeccable planning, organization, and genuine kindness. As a meticulous person myself, Petra's clear and detailed instructions were a dream come true. Managing paperwork from England and Canada could have been overwhelming, but Petra's assistance made it seamless. She not only explained every detail for the wedding day but also accompanied us to the registrar's office, ensuring everything was taken care of. Petra's friendly demeanour made her a joy to work with, and her suggestions for photographers, makeup and hair artists, and a guitarist were exceptional. Nika and Grega, in particular, made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. Petra's commitment went above and beyond; from picking up and taking our attire to get steamed, to calming my nerves with professionalism, she truly made our day feel like a fairytale. We had an excellent experience working with Petra to plan our wedding in Lake Bled. She was extremely well organised, timely in her responses and open to all of our ideas while providing her honest opinions on how to plan our day. She provided us with multiple options on who to work with and how to plan our day without making it feel overwhelming. Petra is easy to work with, humorous and pragmatic. We communicated across different time zones and communication platforms as it suited us. The actual day went perfectly and we are so happy to have chosen her as our wedding planner.

Petra ✨️ there are no words to describe how absolutely amazing Petra is. We had calls with a few wedding planners before making our choice, and Petra was by far the best since our first call. We had a destination wedding and Petra worked her magic to make it 100% perfect. She was fantastic at every single stage, and made our wedding planning such an enjoyable process. I often joke that I was the most chill bride in history, but that was only possible because we had Petra running the show. She knows all the best vendors, she's always there to answer questions/guide you through the process, she visited our venue options and sent us videos, she helped us make a pro and cons list of our final 2 options, the list of all she did for us during the wedding planning goes on and on. And on the wedding week, she went above and beyond, picking up our dresses/suits to bring to the dry cleaners, driving us to the venue, talking to my family IN SPANISH!! and just being absolutely amazing. Our families loved her, and I find myself missing her in my day to day post wedding. Besides being an outstanding wedding planner, she is a gorgeous person. We cannot thank Petra enough. She made sure each and every one of our family members had a perfect time in the best wedding location. People asked us what we wanted our wedding to feel like and we had one word “adventure.” So we decided to take our friends and family to a place none of us had ever been (the bride and groom included) and literally turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Petra made our day magical. Living in UK I always knew that I needed to have a ‘woman on the ground’ and she was the best decision we ever made (apart from getting married of course!) Our goals were very clear - we needed someone that has knowledge of wedding venues in Slovenia and also someone that not only knows quality local suppliers, but has great relationships with them. This proved very important because what they delivered in the end was nothing short of magic. And we are so grateful to Petra. She is very personable, warm and welcoming, and immediately put us at ease when we met her. She works in a very structured and organised way which was music to my ears. I am an event planner myself so it’s safe to say that she had her work cut out for herself. But she was very professional, thorough and kept my nerves calm. She answered all of the questions we had and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had numerous requests throughout the two years of planning, and I can honestly say that she is one of the best event planners I ever worked with in my 12 year career. What is also amazing is that in this whole planning process, she became a friend we still keep in touch with and visit when we’re in Slovenia. You can guess by now that we would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married in Slovenia.

Petra organised our wedding in August this year after two years of delays due to Covid! Petra was fantastic throughout the delays, in the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. We had an amazing day with our closest family and friends in Bled. Petra also works with some very talented people....hair and make up, flowers, cake, food....all fantastic. We would highly recommend Petra as your wedding planner and Bled was just stunning.
