מיקום מעולה, הכל נקי מבריק ומצוחצח, והכי חשוב מארח למופת, האיש פשוט יוצא מגידרו לרצות את האורחים, דואג לכל מה שמבקשים ( מגבות, סבון ועוד) מסביר על הסביבה והיכן לטייל, פשוט ארוח מושלם. כמי שביקר בעבר בדירות ומלונות לאורך השנים, בהחלט אחד הטובים והמוצלחים. אם היה אפשר לנקד יותר מחמישה כוכבים בהחלט היה זוכה לכוכב בונוס
