The attitude of the owner is awful. His hospitality attitude is going towards zero. The kitchen was very dirty, with a lot of trash that was more then one day there. Even on a shared apartment, you do not expect such a big pile of trash! In the bathroom was a bad smell from the sink. The toilet brush was very dirty, with old and dried dirt on it. The towels are washed with a strong perfume and usually this is a sign of washing at low temperature and short program. The towels didn't give an impression of being clean, although they were very perfumed. The single bed is exactly under both the TV and air conditioner, witch is not good the sleep under. The walls of the room were with dirt on them. The site was in renovation and a huge building working site. This is understandable, but he didn't had the fair play to let us know that the yard, the stairs, the building is in hard renovation and everywhere was construction debris, dust, mud, ditches and broken walls for installations. To enter the room you need a code for the house, a code for the apartment and a code for the room. And that's OK. But there is a additional metal gate that is visible on his instruction video that he sent. It is not clear from websites descriptions, from his explanations and his video how you open this gate and how you can park. When asking more questions to make it clear about this, he became unpolite and rude. He kept asking me what I want and why I ask more questions and do not read the description? But this info is not included in any description. Also, from descriptions is not clear how many euro you should pay for city tax and he came two times with two different amounts. Asking questions to make things clear, make him rude again. When I wanted to do pictures to let other guests the reality of his location, he was very angry. Common! We pay for a room, we are entitled to do pictures to the accommodation. I liked the location of the accommodation, that is close to the city center. The system of the codes on the door handles is very good. The room and the kitchen were modern. But that's all that I can say good about it.

La casa è in ristrutturazione ... ma la camera è carina e ben pulita inoltre la possibilità di usare la cucina trovo che sia una soluzione intelligente. La vicinanza del centro città è molto comoda. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Really bad!!! My worst experience. Instead of a private apartment as advertised ( and charged ) it was a crowed shared apartment. With 3 rooms and not sure how many people. After contacting the host his reactions was very rude and he was not able to understand his mistake. On top of the that the hole house was under construction. It was very loud and not really possible to sleep or relax. Please stay away.

Schrecklich! Leider Betrug: Anstelle von einer Privaten Ferienwohnung handelt es sich hier um eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft. Der sehr unfreundliche Service schlägt einem dann vor kostenlos zu stornieren, was praktisch natürlich nicht geht weil man sonst komplett ohne Unterkunft da steht, voll der Horror. Aber es geht noch weiter, das Haus ist eine Baustelle, laut anderen Bewertungen schon seit Monaten, dennoch wird man nicht darauf hingewiesen. Alles ist sehr laut, an Schlaf und Erholung nicht zu denken. Zusammengefasst die reine Abzocke!

Op doorreis naar Kroatië zijn wij hier gaan overnachten. Eens maar nooit meer. Het was echt niet schoon. Spullen waren gammel. Vieze vlekken op de bank. Wij hadden de kamer met de grijze spullen. Ik denk dat er meer kamers zijn, omdat ik ook echt goede recensies lees. We konden niet eens douchen. De douchekop was kapot. Ja dit kon nu niet meer gemaakt worden. Het contact met de eigenaar via app was prima, maar als je iets verhuurt en er is iets kapot dan kan je dat toch maken?

Great stay on the way to Croatia. Outside surroundings might be disappointing, but inside is clean, new, modern, very thoughtfully planned. Contactless check-in, instructions easily understandable.

Attention! Scammers! We rent this apartment on Booking. They presented it like 20 meters private apartment with kitchen, washing machine and other equipment, but in fact it’s an extremely small room in apartment, kitchen is shared, no washing machine. When I send them a message about it they started threaten me!

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht so toll wie gedacht. Erstes Hindernis war der Parkplatz, welcher den Namen nicht verdient. Die Unterkunft war leider sehr dreckig, vor allem das Bett, weiße Flecken überall, Schwarze Haare aufm Boden, die nicht von uns sein können. Im Bad war es auch sehr dreckig. Schlimm sind die Türen, sobald einer der Gäste die Unterkunft verlässt, bekommen es alle anderen mit, zudem wird überall renoviert am Haus und überall auf der Straße. 6.30 Uhr ging es heute früh los und wir waren wach, eine Info vorher wäre echt hilfreich gewesen. Die Krönung war aber dass mehrfach versucht wurde die Kurtaxe von uns zu kassieren. Einmal und nie wieder, lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und dafür erhält man auch die sehr herrliche Gastfreundlichkeit der Slowenen, die an diesem Herrn total vorbei gegangen sind

Altes Haus dass zurzeit renoviert wird. Die Zimmer sind soweit geräumig, modern und einfach 1A und eine neue Gemeinschaftsküche ist auch sehr lobenswert. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
