If someone asks me that what is the biggest regret in my life, I would say to buy computer from this company. I bought a computer from them and I had some issue with the computer. I sent it to service and they told me there is something wrong with the graphic card. I requested refund but they didn't pay my money back untill I mentioned that I will report them. The computer that they sold me was already defective and they already knew this. You can also check other costumers reviews that they also had same problems like me. So, they do this on purpose... I would never recommend this company for buying anything. Their sales policy is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, tricky and shady. I don't understand how they are still exist by selling defective products on purpose. Somebody has to punish them!

The statement that we refunded your money because of your threats to report us, is simply not true! According to Slovenian law we have up to 45 days to solve a complaint like yours. We refunded you your payment 6 days after the service received the computer. As it was explained to you multiple times, we need the offical O.K. from the service, which is not a part of our company and at the moment we received it, we returned your payment. Through the entire process we were there for you, we did not ignore you and we solved your complaint as fast as it was possible. It is absolutely not in our interest to sell broken goods, but if that should occur, we make it our duty to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
