Nice place in the heart of the town. Stayed here for 12 days and almost felt like home by the end. Shopping malls and all famous places are at a walking distance. There's a kitchen where you can cook for yourself and cleanliness in entire hostel is top notch. Communication with host was nice, perhaps one of the very few places where you can connect over WhatsApp as well. Recommended for short and long stay!

Тревога! Тревога! Клопы! В хостел живут стада клопов! Посмотрите на прилагаемое мною фото: пятна на стенах - это следы от убиенных (прости Господи) мною клопов! Их тут (во всяком случае, в семейном номере) очень много - десятки! Вы хотите ночевать в одной постели/комнате с клопами? Я - нет...но пришлось! Ужас...это недопустимо!||Нет ТВ. Нет туалета в семейном номере (в описании на службах бронирования указан)...но клопы - это край! Не останавливайтесь в этом клоповнике - поберегите свое спокойствие и здоровье!||||Bed bugs! Attention! Hazard! There are a lot of bed bugs in this hostel! It's awful! It's unacceptable!

BED BUGS! The hostel itself is nice. cool atmosphere nice location and everything else you may need. We stayed for two nights but were forced to leave because we got bitten so horribly. At night you could see them crawling around the room, on the mattress, on the walls. We decided to leave that night. The owner who knew about the problem told us we would get half of the money back. This we still haven´t received after 3 weeks. They don´t answer to text messages or calls. After all, this is the last place I´d recommend in Maribor!

Worst hostel I ever stayed. No reception or staff, no keys for the lockers, had to search for my own bedlinen, washer and dryer were in use by the owner, who would come by at 11pm to do the check-in, but had already left when I arrived back from dinner at 10:30.

New owner who has no idea what hes doing. When I arrived, there was no one at reception so I contacted him. He said there would be someone here at 9pm but i still had to wait until 10pm because no one came.

Great location right in the centre of town. The bathrooms were nice and clean and there were laundry and basic kitchen facilities. No free breakfast as advertised on this site. Be warned that there is no reception desk at the hostel so check in time needs to be pre-arranged. Security at this hostel was not good at all - anyone could just walk in off the street into the dorm room. Guests aren't even given a key upon check in and there is a sign saying to just take your luggage into the room if there is no staff member around. This made me feel uncomfortable about leaving my valuables there. There are lockers in the room but they either had no keys or the keys that were there didn't work. One morning I went to leave the hostel and was locked in! I had to call a staff member who informed me that the keys were on a key ring with one of the locker keys hanging from a keyhole in the room. This is not only an inconvenience but could also be dangerous in an emergency.

Its ok Its Clean, Good location and walking distance to most of the sightseeings. Though, its Too expensive for the facilities and space provided... No complimentary coffee or tea...

Estoy en Maribor una semana, y no puedo dejar de recomendar este hostel, porque me sentí como en casa. Es limpio, tiene cocina, es espacioso y comodo, y también económico. Pensé sólo quedarme un par de días en Maribor, pero me sentí bien, después de un mes de viaje, me recuperé completamente.

A small and clean hostel located right in the centre of town and within walking distance from the train station. Very friendly staff who makes you feel very welcome and shares valuable tips on where to go and what to do. The hostel is a great base to explore Maribor and the nearby vinyards. The dorm has a mix of bunk beds and single beds. The room rate includes a basic breakfast in the nearby tapas bar.
