Wat een fijn bedrijf, ze zeggen wat ze doen en doen wat ze zeggen, communicatie verloopt heel transparant en duidelijk. We hebben via hen een mooi project aangekocht waar we Think Slovenië nog bij nodig zullen hebben. Dikke aanrader.

Thinkslovenia is a brilliant business. They guided me professionally through the process of buying a second home in Slovenia, renovating it (including demolition and rebuild to the highest of standards) and renting it out. Due to the pandemic I was unable to visit regularly, however the end result was way beyond my expectations. This sort of project is usually beset with problems and setbacks, however ThinkSlovenia do what they say, communicate clearly and provide 5 star results. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant Stay - Strongly Not Recommended We booked this house to spend a nice holiday with friends in Slovenia, but our experience was disappointing. The house was cold, and upon opening the door, a vacuum cleaner fell on us. Despite the heating being on, the living room remained extremely cold, with a flawed heating system. The cold air circulated through the entire house, and the bedrooms, while warmer, had wardrobes with musty oder and full of coldness inside. The lack of proper heating and insulation made the house uncomfortable, especially for a family with three children. Attempts to use the fireplace failed, requiring a trip to the supermarket for ignition aids, and even then, it didn't provide sufficient warmth. Our children started coughing due to the cold conditions. Paying over 300 Euros per night for a house with such issues was unreasonable. Additionally, there was a hazardous wall fixture in the living room, posing a danger to children. The agency's response on New Year's Eve was unsatisfactory, offering no alternative except for another problematic house. Our holiday had to be cut short, and the agency refuses to refund our money. I strongly advise against choosing this house or agency.

By their own admission they are overstretched, told me on more than one occasion they could not help me as they are over 60km away. Despite organising holiday rentals told me they would rather not work weekends. Promised reimbursement for lack of internet and parking charges I incurred and then went silent.

I loved my most recent trip to Slovenia. It’s a beautiful country to visit with lots to do, and Think Slovenia helped to make our stays in Ljubljana and Bled easy and comfortable. Friendly, efficient service. 🙂

They tried to charge us for the costs that they were not ours. We were guests in one of the houses that is in theirs intermediation and we leaved property very clean.We even took out and folded the sheets that we used during our stay and cleaned kitchen, threw garbage, just to be easier for the cleaning lady. And after 2 weeks upon our departure, they tried to charge us with additional cleaning fee even tough we paid it within the initial reservation. So they tried to double charge us for the same thing, with explanation that the property were left so dirty that they have to clean it extra. Also they accuse us for stealing a pan from the kitchen and also tried to charge us for that. They even tried to charge us for the broken oven handle which was broken form the first day of our arrival. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Really rude and unprofessional. We had a feeling that they wanted just to rip us off 2 weeks upon our departure,after leaving good rewievs. We really travel allot all around the world very often, and didn´t have anywhere such situations and behavior from the hosts nor agencies.
