Overall impression was very professional yet still relaxed and straightforward. No fuss, no complications. Caution real estate owners!! We had a good impression of the agent, so we made first price offers for the object. We had a continuous mail contact, which suddenly stopped. Asking the owner about the procedure we had to learn that the object was sold on the day my slovenian friend talked to him on the phone. In turn the owner had to learn that he did not forward my significantly higher bid (up to 5 %) to her!! Evereybody is free to draw his own conclusions. Warning!
