We loved our experience at the Garni Strašek. Stayed for a week. Had a chance to meet the owners who are very friendly. Loved the firm but comfortable beds and the proximity of everything, the beach, the stores, the restaurants and the bike trails. Breakfasts were first-rate. We brought our own bikes and went for a swim in different places. Parking at the front of the house counts for a lot. A worthwhile experience which we will repeat again.

A small hotel in a primary location in Portorož, with its own parking, with a great hostess ms. Alenka, who also serves very tasty breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Great location near the beach, market and a bus station,free parking excelent host and delicious breakfast . If we ever come back in Portoros ,Garni Strasek would be our choise again. High recomendation !|
