Changing the battery in an hour €15! Way too expensive. I visited them three times today alone: the first time, the last time and never again. Such batteries cost between €2 and €3 in retail. With them, the button-battery is priced at €12 :o(

!!!!!!!!!!!!!Grozno neprijazno osebje!!!!!!!!!!!!! Short Version: AWFUL DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT STEN TIME Long Version: About a year ago, we purchased a smartwatch from Sten Time. Recently, the watch screen shattered after an accident, so we returned to the store hoping for a repair. Initially, they said a repair was possible and mentioned a cost around €25, which seemed reasonable. A week later, I was informed the watch was ready to pick up, only to find out upon arrival that the screen cannot actually be replaced. The staff seemed UNINFORMED and UNEDUCATED about their products and repair policies, further exacerbating the situation with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The interaction was marked by rudeness and a lack of empathy from the staff, during the drop off and the pickup of the watch. This disappointing experience has discouraged me from further purchases at Sten Time, especially after a staff member couldn't even confirm if the Lotus brand they sell is from Switzerland.

The wife bought 2 bracelets for 150 euros, one was small, went to the service - to increase the size, but she could not! The second bracelet broke after a month, they refused to fix it and refused to refund the money! In the end, they threw away 150 euros - be careful! I will not buy anything from them again
