When I arrived at a1, the young lady gave me a 50% discount on the package for two years. You have the most favorable of all operators. Really happy with a1, she also offered me internet and I can't wait to get it sorted. Really great operator:) The only pity is that I can only pay bills with a bank card in this branch. You have a very friendly staff.

When I arrived, there was a note on the counter "I'm at lunch, I'll be right back". After 45 minutes I called the number posted above in vain. Since I couldn't stand any longer, I took a chair and sat down. After an hour and a half, a young lady with black hair arrived with two bags of purchased wardrobe. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she scolded me that the chair wasn't here and asked me very rudely what I had. I answered her that after the hour and a half snack she had, I really didn't need anything more. And this was not the first time that the salesperson behind the counter was not in the branch. With this attitude towards work and customers, he is doing damage to himself and the entire A1 company.

Very incompetent employees. Disappointed that you have such uneducated people about your services in such a large shopping center where there are many customers on a daily basis. The employee does not know what the FE, ULTRA labels mean,... she does not know what the phone offers,...It's even worse during her shift. The employee does not carry out the purchase of the phone and the change of the package binding in one day. He says that only one arrangement of the binding per 24 months is possible in one day. I expect from the telephony provider that the phone can be bought and the package arranged within one day. I do not recommend buying from this branch.

Nesramna in žaljiva zaposlena, nezmožna za delo z strankami. Ne zna postopati ob stvarni napaki, kljub temu da je bil telefon kupljen včeraj in ni bil v uporabi, ob zagonu se ne prižge. V priču majhnega otroka, ostalih strank, varnostnika imela izpad (žaljenje, razbijanje po inventarju, nasilno odvzet telefon), katerega je ona dala v roke za potrebe reševanja težav. Grozno!!!
