Ne priporočam storitve od A1 posebej na mobilnih storitev. Naenkrat na vsem lepem dobiš račun za 1100€ neveš ne odkod ne zakaj in enostavno vztrajajo pri plačilu tako ali drugače. Na klice se ne odzovejo na maile pa samo avtomatski ogovori. Nihče za nič ne odgovarja… not recomended….!!!!

One of the worst services in Slovenia, I got easily scammed by A1. I asked for prepaid card till the employee in the Bezigrad branch tell me that I can take the contract sim card and delete it after one month without any additional payment I cancelled the SIM card after one month and I make sure to pay everything in this branch in the center I checked with her twice that there’s nothing left And then after leaving the country I received an email from their lawyer asking for more money. It seems that they are charging for the SIM card extra money and nobody mentioned that. This is unfair and unacceptable for customers. It’s a clear spam. I don’t recommend anyone to use it Especially the foreigners. Don’t use A1 shortly, the employee in Bezigrad branch is very very careless and just scammer the same as the policy of the company 100% scammers. Note: they provided me with a link that is actually useless, I feel really bad for dealing with such company, be careful

Went in to get a SIM card for Slovenia and EU. I was sold one at decent rate, only to find out afterwards that the data package doesn't include EU. Deceptive. EDIT: regarding the response from the store, the link they provided is old/does not lead to anything of use.

Moj oce, star 70 let, je prisel v vaso poslovalnico in prosil ce mu lahko nastimate viber, ker mene ni bilo v Lj. Fant ki dela tam mu je rekel da za to rabi inzenirja. Kretenizem na visku
