Very professional and kind personnel. Over the years I bought more than one pair of glasses, and came in for several repairs (nothing wrong with the glasses, just me being clumsy). Some of the repairs were even free of charge! I will most definitely be back.

I love this optician. Super friendly staff and very helpful. I needed new glasses and a new prescription. The guy who did my eye test spoke excellent English - and German. He took his time and explained everything in great detail - a service that was superior to what I have experienced in Switzerland or England in the past. I can highly recommend Feliks.
