Great experience, our guide was really calm, smooth and professional, really interesting. The tour was great with some stops for jumping into the water and some fun tricks with the rafts. Would definitely do it again!

I've been rafting with X-point probably 4-5 times over the last 8 years and keep coming back. This week I branched out with a friend and went Canyoning and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST with Tin!! It was the most fun I've had in a very long time! There is a meeting and gear check at the top of the trail/canyon to give an overview of what to expect. They try to keep the group small (ours was only five) so no one is rushed. Especially nice if you need more time to gather courage to jump in some places. Tin was an incredibly competent guide and I felt very confident in his capabilities. He was basically a water mountain goat. He would belay the last of the group down, gather the gear, get himself down (usually by jumping!) and then spring to the front practically before anyone realized we were on the move again! Tin always made sure to explain the method of descent before each part (slide, belay, jump, guided rope, etc) and remind us to plug our nose/cross the arms/etc. Then, he would patiently explain it again to me almost every time because I was laughing and having so much fun! (Sorry Tin!) He was also able to take pictures of us, which was awesome because you do NOT want to be messing with a phone on this adventure! The only "bad" thing was the 475 steps (probably, I didn't count) at the very beginning of the hike to the starting point. Good cardio though. I've never had a guide from X point who was anything less than stellar, starting with my very first rafting guide, Damien, 8 years ago! The family/relaxing float rafting trip is wonderful for those less-adventurous folks and younger kids who still want to enjoy the absolutely gorgeous beauty of the Sôca Valley. The classic float is a blast for older kids and adults alike! Sometimes the water level can determine the adventure, but there's nothing to be done about drought years. All in all, X-point is a fantastic start-to-finish adventuring company (providing gear, equipment, and transportation) with competent, safety-minded guides and LOTS of adventures to choose from!

Abbiamo provato l’esperienza del canyoning per la prima volta e con due ragazzini di 12 e 14 anni. Abbiamo avuto la grande fortuna di avere Tin come guida! Bravissimo, simpaticissimo super attento, ci ha fatto fare tutto e anche di più (come passare sotto a dei pertugi strettissimi sotto alle rocce per uscire dal canyon). Consiglio a tutti e soprattutto di prenotare con Tin come guida! Bravi!
