I ordered a stroller before Black Friday, after the order the number was displayed, but after a few days I did not receive any feedback on my email, I contacted their email to find out what the process was and I received a reply that the stroller was out of stock and that I had to wait, I sent an email the day before yesterday to check. is the cart accessible, but there is no sign or sound from them. Hence the negative review from me!

They canceled the ordered item on the grounds that they had given the wrong price (which they are required by law to do due to their mistake). For 15 days, we "drag" on e-mails, and in the end they stopped responding. The worst thing is that it happened during Black Friday and because of that I missed the discount on all the other sites.

WORST POSSIBLE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Unprofessional and unprofessional! Internet trade works on the principle of fraud. Their only goal is to cancel the order and keep the money. You put the items on special prices for black friday, we buy the item online and pay for it, only to cancel the order a day later with the explanation that there was a technical error and wrong prices on the site. No delivery, which you are required to do according to the discount policy because the item was purchased according to the published price, and when you already canceled the order, not even a word in the email about a refund, let alone any kind of apology. According to the reviews, we subsequently see that this is your business practice every year. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before. However, there is a service for the protection of consumers, so we will solve it through them to possibly prevent further cheating of customers. Lp.

Very frivolous business. Order somewhere else. I ordered the swing more than 4 weeks ago. At the time of purchase, it said that the delivery would be 4-6 weeks, which is crazy in itself, but since it is a gift, I time everything according to that. After more than 4 weeks, after I did not receive any e-mail except the order confirmation, I contacted customer support. That's where I find out that they don't even know when it might arrive, it won't arrive within 6 weeks, and 4 weeks after the order they don't even know when it will arrive in their warehouse. Not even close. However, the part on which I am giving this negative review is that, if I had not contacted myself, I would never have received a notification that my order was late, and it would have arrived at the end of that 6th week, and I would have timed the delivery of the gift, which would not have been here. I canceled the order, and they didn't even apologize at any point in the correspondence. Magic Baby sent me the swing the very next day.
