I ordered a peace of mind test from Northgene and got the results in three days. Their Customer Services answered all my questions about the results and what to do next. I am now completing a Legal test with them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quick results and expert advice.

Do not pay these cowboys! Me and my fiancé payed £99 pound for a test. Only to then be asked for the original birth certificate what means asking a favour of my ex! Nice one, you never mentioned this when I payed oh and best bit 10 days later still no results !!! Trust me I’m getting my money back or they will loose out big time ! Useless liers !

I am delighted with the result of my dna test. The service was fast and efficient and confirmed that myself and my possible half sister are related. The test was easy to do and the results came back within 5 working days. I recommend this company to anyone in the same position.

I got an email when they received my samples. They said it would take 5 days, it wasn’t ready but when I phoned up the lady was very kind and told me it would be ready by 6pm, unfortunately it wasn’t so I phone the following morning and the report was ready to be sent out and she apologised for the delay and said they’d been short staffed!

I have had a dna test done with 3 potential half siblings which sharing information we were all convinced we were related to no positive result! I then had a half sibling test with my brother whom we know for a fact we share the same mother for that to come back inconclusive! Not a happy customer!

Took forever... when they did come they was faulty as im female and said i was male this makes me think the test has been messed up as ive a 13 year old son lol . Requested my money back via paypal. Nothing came of the investigation. Annoyed is a understatement... to get through you have to call on 141... private number otherwise they dont awnser. I have since got a full refund via paypal.

Awful customer service - ordered at the beginning of November and still haven't received the kit. After being told twice they would investigate and send out another kit, still nothing. Now they won't answer my calls and so am having to get a refund through my credit card company - steer well clear.

Still waiting for tests which were paid for 10 days ago, they won't answer the phone when I have been trying since 4pm and the website clearly states they close at 5pm! Sent an email last weds, three days ago and still no response. Phone rings a few times then the call gets ended from their end!! Am fuming, don't use!@!

Shocking customer service!! Sent off swabs 2 weeks ago, rang up numerous times for results to be told twice off 2 different people I will receive them on the day I phoned, I never did. I rang up twice again the following day and was told the same thing and still never received results. Paid a lot of money to be fobbed off and have no results when promised. Would definitely not recommend using northgene.

Poor communication, taken longer then expected. Won't be using again! when you call you either get a ringing tone for ages or they sound like you have just disturbed their tea break! Very unsatisfied customer!!

I do not recommend using northgene. I have had 5 dna tests done with this company, none of which have been fast or reliable! When calling for information on the eta of the most recent test results, after already being late, they guaranteed me it would arrived by the end of the day. yet again to disappoint me, they did not arrive. I have put a lot of money into this company and I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Got a peace of mind sibling test done on my two girls as their dad was denying the youngest so proved him wrong yet again fast service and very helpful would definitely recommend as this is second time using northgene
