Zelo žaljivi, neprofesionalni do stranke, lažejo in zavajajo kupca. Ker ne morejo popraviti ure, katero si imel zaradi iste napake tudi po 4 mesece pri njih, pa na koncu rečejo da je krivda da ura ne dela moja, ker je nastala majhna praska! Halo, prej ko ni blo praske pa je biu kdo kriv? 4 mesece uro tam, na koncu poteče garancija in nočjo servisirat. Ne priporočam nakupa, predusem zaradi odnosa.

Prodajalka v poslovalnici Mercator centra Šiška v nedeljo popoldne je bila neprijazna, najin obisk ji je bil povsem odveč, ni imela volje nama pomagati pri izbiri in svetovati, na vsako vprašanje je odgovorila zelo skopo, ni je zanimalo, kaj potrebujeva in iščeva. Vseeno sva kupila izdelek, saj ga res potrebujeva. Vprašala sva jo, kako je z garancijo in nama je z zelo ostrim in arogantni načinom želela sporočiti, da je to neumno vprašanje. Menim, da odnos te osebe ni primeren in lahko škodi poslovanju, poleg tega pa je izjemno neprijetna izkušnja za stranke. Hvala.

Before I start, I have to accentuate that the purpose of this review is not to divert the customers from their shop but to warn the owner/manager of the following shortcomings which largely affected my experience as a first time customer. Firstly, I was approached by the staff using a highly informal greeting. To some this may not seem inappropriate, however I did not receive it so well since I do not know the man personally and I think I deserve to be greeted with the same amount of decency as any older gentleman. Furthermore, the worker started to randomly fettle with my watch, trying to figure out what features do function, simultaneously disrupting the watch settings (date, chronograph etc.), which instantly pointed on immaturity and impatience. The service continued with him confirming that my battery is flat and replacing it. While closing the casing, he made a small joke regarding the high pressure tolerances due to the watch being water resistant up to 100m. Guess what - it didn't give an impression that the cover was screwed back precisely and appropriately. On the end, the watch was handed back to me without the time/date being set up whatsoever PLUS the wrist strap wasn't set as it had been when handed in. Admittedly, he only charged me for the battery. I suspect he did so since I indirectly expressed my dissatisfaction. Please do not make such amateur mistakes, you couldn't be making your service a larger disservice.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your coments and sharing Your experience. We have to say Your privilege having changed battery immediately with no scratches on your watch and having best possible battery inside with cleaned groove on the watch case and proper moisture gasket inserted and closed ‘for sure corectly’ only for 6€, will hopefully change Your point of view being personaly offended. Our employees have best possible tools and constantly educated how to work and handle the watches. Having the watch tested before changing the battery shows that your watch has been treated correctly. (Will go in details if needed) We are sorry not having good or corect attitude suitable for everyone. Regarding your evaluation we will try to improve our best. Andrej Budna
