I am so sorry we have not met your standards (as many other bars and shops didn’t as i can see). Since we froth milk for every cappuccino separately and it is always done the same and you were also asked if everything was okay and you said that everything was perfect i somehow doubt that the coffee was the problem. And also i don’t think that the wifi is a reason to give someone a bad rating. We ask every customer for opinion so we can fix any mistakes on site right away so that every customer can leave our shop happy and satisfied. And i am really sorry that we haven’t met your standards. We are not obligated to have a wifi and if it is not working and i can’t fix it… Have a nice day
