The best ice cream in Ljubljana! 🍦 They always have the same flavours, but they are delicious. The ice cream is very creamy and milky, you can also get some chocolate syrup on top. Usually very busy, be prepared to wait in line in the front. You can pay with a credit card, too.

Order from outside or they will kick you out. At around 4:30 in the afternoon we went for an ice-cream. There was no queue and there were lots of empty tables outside. We ordered our ice-cream inside, payed, went out and sat. After that, the waitress comes and asks if we want something, to which we replied: no thank you, we will just have the ice-cream. Then she proceeded to kick us out with: "I'm sorry but I will ask you to leave, the tables are only for customers ordering from outside", without giving us any option to reply. We don't know if it was a matter of an extra outside tax (which we could've played) but altogether was probably one of the worst customer services I've ever gotten. I don't know if this information is explained somewhere, but if it was, we didn't see it nor understood it. Really poor customer service.

Went in to get their gelato, then took a seat outside at one of their tables,but was kicked out by the waitress since we hadn’t ordered from her. Found other great gelato with many flavors at other places, so gave them our business instead for the rest of our visit.

Obiskala v času korone, baje majo najbolsi sladoled zato sm ga sla iskat. Uzela eno kepico in se usedla vm za mizo da pojem k olikana oseba. pride natakarica in mi reče da če želim sedet da morm neki naročit. jst sedim tm z lončkom njihovega sladoleda v roki in se sprašujem kaj ji ni jasno. Sladoled sm mogla pojest na klopci ob brezdomcu, kjer sem se končno počutila dobrodošlo.
