Used to love this place but for all their success, they don’t seem to be investing enough money in their staff. Poor service from grumpy waitresses blowing & popping bubble gum while taking orders, dirty bathrooms without tp, paper towels or hand soap and water all over the floor & disappointing cake (they used to be AMAZING). The only thing as good as ever is the fantastic ice cream which is still probably amongst the best in LJ. Best to just order it & go as the experience at the cafe isn’t worth the trouble, unfortunately.

Sorbet (fruit) flavours were very good, but other flavours were, while very creamy, less pronounced. Overall, the ice cream was good but it did not exceed our expectations given the raving reviews or entirely justify the long, slow queue.

Abbiamo preso tre coppette da due gusti (5,20 euro l'una), decisamente troppo care, ma anche di scarsa qualità, gelato troppo dolce e poco artigianale.

The ice cream is super delicious. Never tasted any as good, even in Italy.🍦🫐🍍🩷 The toilets are disgusting... Smells bad, is not clean, without toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Needs renovation...🚻 👎

WE LOVE this Specialist ice cream shop in the heart of Ljubljana shopping area. VIGO has Fantastic flavors!!. We created a "tasting" menu - everyone chosea flavour & shared. We are planning the rest of our stay around visits to VIGO. 😘😉🫶🏾

Gelato insipido, dal retrogusto artificiale. Ho preso un cono al cioccolato fondente e pistacchio. Una grande delusione. Mi ha lasciato anche acidità di stomaco. Mi sono fidato troppo delle recensioni. Anche il cono era fatto di un cialda scadente. E come se non bastasse, le gelataie non sono sembrate il massimo della simpatia. Per me è assolutamente bocciato. Se vi piace questo posto, decisamente non avete le idee chiare su come debba essere un buon gelato.

Different flavors of ice cream compared to normal shops, but still very good. Staff didn't speak english very well, but gave generous portions. We did have to wait in line for about 5-10 minutes.

Good ice cream and unique flavor offerings but not the best I have had. I tried the mascarpone based Vigo flavor which was quite good, it is named after their shop and most popular I guess. The other flavor I tried was Rose, which is peach with rose essense, also good but a tad sweeter. Overall recommended place if you are in Ljublanja center and craving for ice cream, they also have cakes btw.

Helados cremosos y de calidad. Disponen de una fuente de chocolate blanco y negro para bañar los helados por el mismo precio. 2,6€ el cono de un sabor. Recomendado

El helado está fenomenal y a muy buen precio. Además ponen una bola de helado y puedes poner chocolate derretido gratis. Esta dpm. La puerta del baño tiene contraseña
