Great apartment in a picturesque village of Rateče, just a few minutes from Italian and Austrian border. The apartment is very clean, cosy and has everything you might need. Damjan, the host, is very friendly and responsive, more than happy to share tips on what to visit around. We keep lovely memories of this trip and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodation! It deserves more than 5 stars. It’s very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and on top of that in a beautiful location. We spent 6 nights there and it just felt like home. Additionally Damjan is a very welcoming and helpful host. He helped us when we got into some car trouble which we are immensely grateful for.

Small calm village of Ratece where in a few minutes you can be in Italy or in Austria! Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom and great views! Damjan is a great host and always available. He knows everything what to see and do in this area. Highly recommend! We visited this place during August! We had a great stay!

The hotel is close to the border of Italy and Austria. There are good restaurants just few meters away. Damian our host is very kind and nice. He has given very good suggestions Apartment has very good equipped with Kitchen related stuff and rooms are big. Bathroom was also nicely built and was very spacious. Less than 5 kms away you have nice waterfall’s and lake Jasna. A perfect place to have vacations close to the border, skiing/mountain area

We had the most comfortable stay here. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed: clean (nice smelling!) sheets and towels and big amazing pillows. The host was very kind to us, our needs were accomodated perfectly and he gave us a lot of tips on what to visit in and around Kranjska Gora. Good kitchen and bathroom with continuous warm water and good pressure. We definitely recommend and keep lovely memories of this trip.

A great place for a vacation. The rooms are super clean and have everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful. As a welcome we got a small gift% 🤭. The guesthouse is suitable for families with children. When it comes to the location, there is a lot to do in Rateče every season of the year - skiing, jogging, trekking, ferratas, sightseeing. You can go for a pizza in Italy, for apple apple strudel n Austria or drink Laško. I highly recommend this place. 👌

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Parkplätze vor der Tür. In der Umgebung kann man auch außerhalb der Wintersportsaison viel unternehmen. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch. Von mir alle Sterne und eine Empfehlung!
