This is a place for a group of 17 young adults who are on a budget and don't care about where they sleep or what they breathe in. The house is a mess, if I went there with my friends and only slept there I might have been okay with it. Even though it's lacking, at best. If you are coming definitely bring your own cutlery, towels and bedding. The house itself would be fine if cleaner. However, the owner is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met and the most unpleasant host without a doubt. I was visiting with two small children and this man told us that the gas is too expensive and he won't turn the heating on more than absolutely necessary (18°C). He told us to use electric heaters and when we tried to, we lost power to the house, twice. I have stayed in very inexpensive apartments before and I have no problem with a bad toilet or even older beds, as long as it's clean and ready to use, this wasn't it though.

If there would be 0 stars, that would be to high. Dirty, smelly, bedbugs marks, disgusting kitchen, the bathroom to dirty to step in to, the showers unusable. The owner took the money before we saw the rooms (if you can call that rooms) - of course no receipt. He took the money and disapeared, when we called back and told him that the conditions are unacceptable and that we wanted the money back and leave, he told us things like they checked 80 % of the rooms, if our bed is dirty (it is supposed to be for 17 people and we were 10), that we should just change the beds for clean one, unbelivable. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children, the children were crying that they can’t sleep there. Of course he didn’t show up there (at first he said he would), after waiting for half an hour when we called him again he told us that he is sleeping. We ended up searchin for another rooms at 23.30 in the evening, without our money. I have never seen something like that, the facility schould be closed, I’m calling all the possible inspections for sure!!!

Това място беше като от филм на ужасите. Въобще не трябва да се предлага за хора, които желаят да си вземат стая за нощувка. Мястото (къща, легла) миришеше отвратително, стаите бяха много, с много места за спане, позиционирани предимно на тавана, който бе толкова скосен, че човек има чувството, че се напъхва между тавана и леглото. Спалното бельо беше мръсно, разтегаеми дивани и легла бяха мръсни и вонящи. Отоплението става с калорифери. Има баня с две тоалетни за повече от 15 легла - също в отвратително състояние. Най-неприятното в случая беше, че някой ни изяде един сандвич, ние се усъмнихме, че е животно и през нощта единият от приятелите ми се събуди и срещу него имаше светещи очи - две котки цяла нощ не са го оставили да спи. Проблемът не е в самите животинки (ние също имаме котки), а във това, че не знаехме, че ще съжителства ме с тях. Слагам 3 звезди за местоположението, защото е близо до Марибор и самото селце е много китно и приятно.

Das war wirklich so schlimm und Katastrophe, Heizung System war nicht in der Nacht -3 Grad in Betrieb ,weil so alt war , es gibt Mikrowelle und wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine aber total schmutzig und konnten wir nicht überhaupt sie benutzen.ich will niee wider hin reisen

Nejhorší ubytování, vše provlhle, neuklizeno, teplá voda nestačila, vsude špína a pavučiny. . Zatuchliny. Ručníky malé, asi nevyprane, použili jsme své. Nedoporučuji ubytování ani za tu cenu!!,
