The host was very helpful and nice, she speaks good English. The apartment was very clean and everything looked new. Everything was provided such as towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc, which was much appreciated. The bathroom has a modern shower and plenty of hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and had modern equipment and an espresso machine, as well as a Moka pot for coffee - even the cooking knives were sharp, which is unusual in holiday accommodation. There's a large fridge, but no freezer section. There was air conditioning which worked well at keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature, while it was 37 degrees C outside in a heatwave. Our apartment, "Stol", had 2 double bedrooms, and the beds were comfortable. There's private parking right outside the door. Drying racks are provided, so swimming kit can be dried after a day at the river. The owners let us use their BBQ area for an evening, which was really kind - this is a separate area with a covered barn, a gas BBQ, a wood BBQ, grassland and a cottage with a kitchen. The BBQ area is about one Km from the main accommodation but, with permission from the owner in advance, you can drive there on a well made gravel road. Photos of this area are attached, it's completely separate from the main accommodation. They even provided wood and kindling for the BBQ. This apartment was the best we had in Slovenia by a long way. It's genuinely a well thought out and recently modernised place.

Stayed here early september 2023 with my girlfriend. Lovely hosts, even provided a picknick, abundant food and drinks. Our first visit to Slovenia, certainly not the last. Beautiful nature, roads, paths, surroundings for walking and motorcycle riding.... Appartment was perfect for our needs! There is a good chance we will visit again!
