It is best to close the Črnuška post office. There are 15 people waiting in line, two cashiers are working. It's as if the most incompetent people are employed or they don't like to work. I have been to other post offices and the employees are much friendlier and, above all, faster. Here, however, it is as if time has stopped and they are slowly made.

If I could, I would also give minus stars. Unfortunately, Pošta Slovenije - Črnuče unit has deteriorated even more in recent years, even though we thought that this was no longer possible. The manager does not know the basics of communication. The postman - that one, Bojan - gets stars, because he delivers the mail as he should and is friendly and communicative (we hope he at least gets a monetary reward for regular work performance). The other postmen, unfortunately, come late in the afternoon, put the slip in the mailbox to be picked up at the post office, even though they didn't even ring the bell, they don't want to distribute advertisements because it's too time-consuming. And in the end, Pošta Slovenije removed a lot of mailboxes across the country, which postmen drive past and apparently do not want to stop and pick up the mail. On the other hand, someone dutifully sticks stickers on mailboxes saying "more letters please". In any case, it would be appropriate for Pošta Slovenije to lose its monopoly on the market and we will see who will then hand out the Christmas card, thirteenth salary and dividends. I suggest that you consider how to run a suitable and also profitable business. Thank you.

Za razliko od predhodnikov (mnenj) imam sam realno samo pozitivne izkušnje (ali pa imamo samo "Bolhe" tak vpliv na ljudi). Nedavno mi je celo ena izmed zaposlenih (na okencu), ko sem imel premalo denarja za neko storitev, sama založila ene 0,20 €. Tako da sem bil lepo presenečen.

Če bi bilo možno, bi dala minus 200 zvezdic. Upravnica ne zna niti prebrati sporočila, katerega pošlje pošta o paketu. Nič čudnega, da pošta tako slabo obratuje. Če bi bilo možno s strani, katerih naročam, ne bi nikoli več vzela preko pošte Slovenije. Pošta Slovenije je sramota za celotno Slovenijo. Tole kar se dogaja zadnje čase, od čakanja v vrsti več kot 30 min, med tem, ko je pred mano samo 8 oseb, deljo pa trije na okencu, je nekaj narobe. Upravnica ne zna niti poslušati in tudi ji je vseeno za stranke. Ko ji nekaj govoriš in sprašuješ, se kar obrne in odide. Če bi še kje drugje tako delali, bi taka oseba že dobila odpoved.
