My experience, call them as them twice can I ship a laptop with them to Greece and how much. They tell me no problem 20€. I come the same day ask them again is it ok to ship laptop like this I know laptop has li ion battery but the battery is a part of pc you need to tear the laptop to get it. Ok they take my money and ship it, 3 days later the laptop is returned to post office, the package cannot be shipped because it is an li ion battery, now when I go to pick it up they charge me the return tell me that the return will be 20€ even if the laptop only went Ilirska Bistrica and Ljubljana and back, after which they tell me they will charge me customs aka TAX for the laptop twice because it went to Greece and back even if Greece is a European Union country. At the end they tell me this is how things work in Slovenije you pay 27€ for shipping Ilirska Bistrica to Ljubljana and back, they also tell you they will not refund you for the amount thats over the shipping cost because the laptop went to greece and back in 3 days even tho the package has Slovenian airport customs rejection paper on it. A lot of lies and ignorance and scammy busniess
