A perfect examle of how a distributor should provide service to the coustomer!!! Professional, helpful and cooperative!!! I can honestly say only good things about Beckhoff Slovenia. Whenever we need advice they are quick to respond with valid data. When we want to test some new equipment there is no issue to borrow it first for some time without actually having to purchase it up-front. Defiinitelly a kind of service man would wish to experience more frequently.
