Watch out about poor commercial practices of this company. When you book using the company website they generate a quote sent to you by email. When you arrive you are told that the vignette for motorway needs to be added on the bill. In the quote and attachements there is no mention of this. This is a poor commercial practice that is usually used by third party booking websites (at least with them it is mentioned in the quote in very small characters). Having tested 7 others rental company in Slovenia this is the first time vignette is not included in the price quoted. I recommend not to use this agency for such poor practice. How can you trust them about other potential problem when it starts this way ? I recommend for instance to go on the other side of the main road where the prices are clear or other rental company around railway station.

Everything worked fine, but I am still waiting for my deposit... It's been three weeks now. We've called, we've sent emails... apparently, they have released the deposit, but I haven't received it so far. UPDATE, 4 weeks later.... After about four weeks filled with: Phone calls to CARWIZ Emails to CARWIZ An open claim with CHECK 24 A negative Google review And a bank prosecution ...I finally got my money back. However, I spent more time chasing my €1200 deposit than actually driving the car. I don't think it was worth it...
